YMQ-115/200/260/350 液壓商標(biāo)沖切機(jī) 在使用前,起初進(jìn)行機(jī)器各部位的清潔工作；注意油面是否處于正常狀態(tài)；檢查各部位是否良好；然后作空運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)試車,檢查調(diào)節(jié)好液壓系統(tǒng)壓力與流量，建議壓力表調(diào)節(jié)到6kg為佳，不可調(diào)的太高，以免影響油泵使用壽命。如良好便可以開始操作。

調(diào)節(jié)壓力時(shí)先啟動(dòng)油泵，松開壓力表閥門及調(diào)節(jié)壓力閥門，再按住后退點(diǎn)動(dòng)按鈕不要松開。再看壓力表所顯示壓力，調(diào)到5kg～6kg壓力。鎖死調(diào)節(jié)壓力閥，關(guān)閉壓力表閥門即可。

Before operation to this machine,first carry out the clean work to each positions,notice whether the oil level is it normal state,check wheater each positions are good,and then carry out the idling and test  running,check and adjust the hydraulic systematic pressure and flow,suggest the pressure table adjust to 6kg,do not adjust too high,avoid to influence the service life of the oil pump.Everthing is well,then you can start operation.

 When regulating the pressure,first start the oil pump ,loosen the pressure meter valve and adjust the pressure valve,then press the back off inching button,do not loosen it.See again that pressure table shows pressure,adjust 5kg~6kg pressure.Lock the regulation pressure valve and close the pressure meter valve.
