??使用壓緊機之前，請先對壓緊機的結(jié)構(gòu)原理進行了解。并請按照以下操作規(guī)程順序進行操作。
??Before operation, first understand the structure principle of the compacting machine and carry out the operation according to the following operation procedure.
??檢查電機給電是否正確，檢查油箱油位情況，如不足應(yīng)加足。油泵電機方向以箭頭方向為準(zhǔn)。
??Check whether the motor switches correctly, check the oil box position in full and oil pump motor direction bases as the arrow direction.
??檢查推壓板(中間)的潤滑度，如不足應(yīng)加足，使之充分潤滑。
??Check the push plate (middle) lubrication degree in full.
??啟動電源開關(guān)后液壓系統(tǒng)工作，將書脊朝下放入。碰踏開關(guān)，推壓板向前擠壓。一定時間后自動退回到原位以備下次擠壓。擠壓時間可由時間繼電器調(diào)節(jié)。
??Start the power switch, place the book spine downwards. Pedal the switch, the push plate extrudes forwards. After a certain time, it will automatically return the original position so as to prepare the next extrusion.
